
More roses! Woot!
I made these ones along with the sparkly ones I just posted.
Only I went a little different route, I dyed these.
It is a new tecnique for me (I've tried many), and even though it is a little more time consuming than creasing or cupping petals, I'd say it is a keeper.
The flowers look a lot more lifelike.


I like these. They almost look real. I like the black ones, and the black edged pink ones.

ReplyDeleteActually, those are a really dark brown.
I was mixing a lot of dyes and somehow ended up with a nice rich brown (out of red, navy, green and yellow...hmmm, just don't ask me what the formula is, I don't think I could recreate it)
