This is a Christmas gift for a friend. When I bought the knit cardi from the shop, I thought it was rather plain. So I replaced the regular buttons with some {I'm pretty sure they're vintage, I think 95% of all of my buttons are vintage or handmade} and embroidered seed pearls along the edge.
I adore Rachel Ashwells style. One of the special touches she uses when wrapping garments~vintage and frou-ed up hangers. I used a nice puffy white satin hanger+some little white paper roses. I like it a lot. :)
