..{new years resolutions}..

I thought that I would "write" out some of my new years resolutions...

{no. 1}

i am resolved:

to sew like mad, to upcyle+recycle, make garments to wear and gifts for others, and to share patterns+tutorials for my fellow sewists.

{no. 2}

i am resolved:

to go to bed earlier, and get up earlier, to manage my time in an efficient way so that I can make the best use of it.

{no. 3}

i am resolved:

to learn new games, to learn to play cards. Perhaps bridge and poker.

{no. 4}

i am resolved:

to learn to take better photographs, to become skilled with the settings+lighting, to take more photographs.

{no. 5}

i am resolved:

to cook+bake quite often, to try 100 new recipes this year, to blog more of my created recipes.

{no. 6}

i am resolved:

to learn how to embroider, do more needlework, make more appliqued garments+accessories.

{no. 7}

i am resolved:

to read 100 books that I've never read before.

{no. 8}

i am resolved:

to plant a garden, to grow+preserve fruits+herbs+flowers+vegetables.

{no. 9}

i am resolved:

to write more personal, paper letters, to remember birthdays+holidays.

{no. 10}

i am resolved:

to take a trip somewhere, and to enjoy it.

{no. 11}

i am resolved:

to celebrate more, to hold dinner parties, and tea parties+luncheons, to have a real party for my birthday, and a cake.

{no. 12} i am resolved:

to give random, unexpected gifts, and to sponsor giveaways.
